Return and Refund Policy

At MEKA ESSENTIALS, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below:

1. Returns for Purchases Made on Our Website

Return Period: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items: All personal use and skincare products, custom-made items, or any product marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
If an item is delayed in the mail carrier system this doesn't warrant a return of the item. If you are needing an item sooner, please upgrade your shipping method. We are happy to offer expedited shipping methods, at buyers' expense, upon request.

2. Returns for Purchases Made on Our Amazon Store

Return Period: Returns for items purchased through our Amazon store must follow Amazon's 30-day return policy.
Amazon Returns: Please initiate the return directly through your Amazon account for processing.

3. Return Process

For website returns:

Once authorized, ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.
